Tourist Map Workflow

Previously, I just simple search for famous spots on an area. Or even existing tourist maps. Note down the individual spots with their coordinates and photos. It works and it does let me delve into spots that is not really featured usually on the list. But it really does take some time. Like at some time an area data could take roughly 5 hours to create. For some 20-25 places. And that's not even included the necessariy pub mats for social media.

So I'm trying to simplify it more to be less taxing.

It will be in several passes but this will be the first

1. Get the commonly listed spots in an area (i.e the popular ones. This will probably be multiple sources so some listed spots will be redundant in other list. Need to find a way to get the unique one since even though they are the same they might be referred in different names

• Main bottleneck is really the redundant entries.
• I can solve it by bruteforcing every single suggestion in the PlaceID and then merge entries with the same PlaceID.
• But I still have to query it everysingle time which can be costly.

2. Log that in JSON format. Like in Claude for cleaning it up with certain keys like "name", "address

3. Use Google Search API to get the details

4. Use the Photo/Place API to retrieve the photos.

5. Use LLM to generate the 100 SEO Description with Styling

6. Remove permanently closed places.
